PRODUCTS PRICING AND SALE/PURCHASE DEFINITIONS
“Retail Price” is defined as the usual Selling price on our Site. “Promotional or Special or Offer Price” is defined as product on promotional price. Any product on promotional price is for a limited time only and while stock lasts basis. Prices are clearly specified to you prior to your purchase and at the point of order confirmation. SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped via SingPost and take approximately 21 days for delivery. Pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, or any taxes of your country. If assessed, these charges are borne by you. You will first receive an email confirming your order, and then another email notifying you when your order has been shipped.
RETURN POLICY
If you have received a damaged item, Carefully package the product and send back to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please state your name and order number and we will arrange a replacement for the damaged product upon its receipt by us. We must physically receive the return within 30 days from Order date. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
TERMINATION
We hold the right to suspend or terminate any account created on this Site at any time, and for any reason. All charges incurred prior to termination are to be settled before termination of account.
